Teppanyaki & Sukiyaki “Hinoki” will open for the season on Saturday, April 25. We invite you to enjoy Teppanyaki and Sukiyaki prepared with locally sourced ingredients in our beautifully renovated historic building, constructed entirely of cypress wood.
For lunch, we also offer the “Hinoki Lunch Set,” allowing guests to enjoy our Teppanyaki cuisine in a more casual setting at table seating.

This season, Sukiyaki will be available through Saturday, October 31, and Teppanyaki through Monday, November 30.
Reservations for lunch are accepted until 9:00 a.m. on the day of your visit, and reservations for dinner until 12:00 p.m. on the same day.
