Apple pie
Our pies, a Mampei Hotel special delicacy, are made using two whole Fuji apples from Shinshu and baked to have a moist texture full of apple flavor. Bake in the oven just before serving to enjoy the pie crust at its crispiest. You can bake the pies to any texture you prefer.
Traditional fruit cake / Apple and walnut cake
Our traditional fruit cake, with the mellow aroma of brandy and dried fruits, is very popular. To commemorate the reopening of the hotel following its renewal, we have added apple and walnut cake as a new flavor in our lineup. Enjoy the sweet and sour flavor of apples and the savoriness of walnuts with each mouthful.
Strawberries from the Happy Valley
We freeze-dry whole strawberries and soak then in white chocolate to create this luxurious yet light and crispy sweet. Enjoy the superb harmony between strawberries and white chocolate.
Royal milk tea rusk
