If no customers are waiting in line, this service will be suspended. Please come directly to cafe terrace.

<From the official LINE account>
1) Add Mampei Hotel official LINE account as a friend.
2) Tap “カフェテラス順番待ち受付” from the rich menu at the bottom of chat screen.
3) After entering the required information, tap “発券する” and your serial number will be displayed.
4) When your turn come, we will call you via LINE.

<From the in-store tablet>
1) Tap the button on the tablet located at the Cafe Terrace reception.
2) After entering the required information, scan the displayed QR code with your smartphone.
3) Check your serial number.
4) When your turn come, we will call you via LINE or automated voice call.

・You can only wait in line for those who enter the store on the day.
・If you are not there when we call you, we may have to call another guest.
・Ticket issuing for queuing numbers from outside the hotel will begin at 10:00 a.m., however, the start time may change, or ticket issuing may be canceled depending on the level of congestion.
