We do our utmost to provide safe and pleasant dining experience for guests with food allergies or intolerances and allergy-friendly menu options are available upon request.
Restaurants --- Our restaurant staff will ask guests to inform them as to any food allergies or intolerances, when reservations are made, and when food orders are taken from guests in the restaurant.
Banquet/Wedding --- Our hotel staff will discuss and confirm about details with the banquet organizer during the preparation meeting prior to the event.
Precautions regarding our food allergy accommodations
- 1. We check the ingredients based on the information received from the manufacturer and/or the distributor.
- 2. Please be aware that menu items are prepared in the same kitchen where other menu items containing allergens are prepared, and all tableware and cooking utensils are not separated and washed in the same dishwasher, having the possible risk that trace amounts of allergens may be still contained during preparation and cooking process.
Please also note that there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may enter the ingredients during the preparation process of the manufacturer. - 3. Due to the conditions described above, the meals and menu items we serve are not completely free of the specified allergens. Please note that we may choose to refuse to serve guests who have severe food allergies for the sake of their safety and health.
- 4. Upon taking an order, we ask all guests to understand the conditions described above and it is ultimately up to the guests to use his or her individual discretion to make an informed decision regarding whether to order any particular menu items.
